Websites need an accessibility statement to communicate the steps you’ve taken to make the site accessible and what people can do if they encounter any accessibility barriers.

In addition, by providing an accessibility statement, website owners can demonstrate their commitment to web accessibility and inclusivity.

Note that these are examples, and accessibility statements can be more detailed and will depend on the website’s design, features, and audience.

It’s also worth noting that the accessibility statement is not a one-time task, and it should be reviewed and updated regularly to ensure that the website remains accessible and conformant to the latest guidelines and regulations.
